AIQ Contractor Systems was founded by Daniel Espinoza after years working directly in commercial construction estimating, project management and specialty subcontracting.
The pattern showed up on every growing job and in every growing company: good people doing good work on top of scattered spreadsheets, disconnected software and processes that live in one person's head.
AIQ exists to fix that. We build the estimating, project management and operations systems that let a contractor grow without the owner carrying everything.
